5:30 – 8:00 pm at Stonebrook Community Church.
- Players and their families (the entire family) are invited to participate.
- We ask that everyone, but especially the players, dress nicely (and appropriately) – khakis and button down shirts (and ties if so motivated) for the boys and nice pants & shirt or dress for the girls.
- It is a potluck supper. We ask that every family bring a main dish AND dessert or salad.
- Table service is provided. Water and lemonade are also provided.
- The ‘program’ includes introduction of the team, thoughts from the coaches, senior player presentations, and devotion/message.
- The banquet will start at 5:30 and will go until ~ 8 pm-ish.
- We ask that everyone stick around afterward to help clean-up. Also, we ask that players help set up the night before, which will be Sunday, March 5th at either 6 pm or 7 pm. Stay tuned for details.
